13 reasons to drink green tea
Green tea is truly “miraculous”. Although it has been known for centuries that green tea is good for health, only recently have its therapeutic properties been scientifically investigated. It is rich in polyphenols, antioxidants that help fight harmful oxygen radicals in the body, which cause diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular disease.
